Join us Saturday, May 30, 2026 from 9:30-11:30 AM for Whole & Well: Being Well In Body, Mind, & Spirit with The Well Women's Ministry! We will gather for a morning of light refreshments, learning how to age well, a stretch session led by a certified coach, and a message from Amethyst Green. Wear comfortable workout clothes for stretching. Sign up & join us for a morning of growing in discipleship and fellowship. There is no fee to attend this event.
