The Missions Committee along with Grayson Men are collecting bookbags and school supplies for area Title One Gwinnett County Elementary Schools. Any overflow of supplies will be given to the Southeast Gwinnett Co-op. The list of supplies needed for teh bookbags can be found at Walmart or Target. A list is also available.

Attention parents of children in K-4th grade... Starting August 8th there is going to be a new process for checking your kids in on Sunday Mornings and Wednesday Nights - ALL kids must be checked in by a Parent and must be picked up by a Parent.  Also, to help us keep our records current we will be requiring you to register (or re-register) your kids by August 8th by completing our Children's Ministry Form, the new form will be available July 25th in the B.L.A.S.T. hallway. If you have any questions, please email Erinleigh:

GriefShare...beginning Tuesday, August 17th we will offer a weekly seminar (featuring nationally recognized experts on grief and recovery topics) and support group, for anyone grieving the death of a close friend or family member. This will be a place where you can surround yourself by those who understand how you feel and the pain of your loss. At GriefShare, you'll learn the valuable information that will help you through this difficult time in your life. If you have a friend or loved one who is need of support, please invite them to join us! For any questions, or to sign up please contact DeAnne Wilmoth:

Student Ministry...
Sunday School...all students 5th - 12th grades are encouraged to attend the 9:39 Worship Service in the PLC (a.k.a. Gym), then meet in the Sanctuary Hallway for Sunday School at 11am.

Big Bang Wednesday Worship...all students 5th - 12th grades join us July 28th, for a summer worship in the ClC from 6-7:30pm!

Plan A is a FREEÂ lock-in at the church starting July 30th at 7pm and ending the next morning July 31st at 8am.Â

Plan B, includes Plan A's FREE lock-in plus participants will enjoy an overnight rafting trip! We will be rafting down the Middle Ococee River and staying at Eagles Ranch on Ice Mountain (cost $90 per person to cover lodging, meals and rafting).Â

New Grayson UMC Cookbook...
Have you ever been to a Grayson UMC covered dish supper? Then you know the wonderful cooks we have here at our church! We want to celebrate those gifts and get a cookbook together in time for our Fall Festival [first Saturday in November], with favorites from past and present!
