GUMC Preschool: About us

  

 

This upcoming year will be our 16th year of operation. When the Preschool was started we had 26 children, now we are blessed with spaces available for 252 children. We currently have 19 classes to offer and 30 wonderful Staff members to nurture and love your children everyday. The hours for all of our classes are 9:30 - 1:30. We offer a wide range of class choices to meet the needs of families in our Church and our community.

From Infants to 4 year old Pre-K we strive to offer a loving and fun learning program sure to delight any young child and make any parent feel secure. Our program offers a range of learning opportunities, including arts, crafts and circle time. We offer theme based activity centers during the day as well as one on one time with each student. Our students are thrilled to attend Music & Movement class as well as Chapel once a week. All of our students enjoy playing outside or in the gym each day.

Here at Grayson UMC Preschool we celebrate the wonders of God everyday through our students. We look forward to a new school year, guiding children in learning and play as we celebrate the Christian foundation that these children will receive while they are here.

We are now accepting registration for the 2010-2011 school year. Please bring your completed registration form along with the registration check to the preschool office. Please call ahead to check on availability of specific classes.
